He has held senior management positions at such firms as Lehman Brothers, Merrill Lynch, and Credit Suisse where he managed a large global team in New York, Raleigh, London, Zurich and Singapore. His creative and innovative concepts lead to the implementation of several Global Applications used by more than 60,000 users worldwide at these firms.
Erez LirovCo–founder, Partner and Head of Technology has been an entrepreneur and software technology inventor since his college days in Princeton University, which he graduated with honors in 1999. His experience spans heading technology innovation for both startups and established companies in healthcare and financial services at Vericle, TradeMD, Sparta Systems, Lehman Brothers, National Bank of Canada, PIMCO, and Harris Bank. Erez was awarded a patent in data security domain (US 6,785,810, Aug 31 2004, Lirov et al.)
Yuval Lirov, PhDCo–Founder and Head of Business Development, has over 30 years experience in military, financial services, and medical technology. His ground breaking book, "Mission Critical Systems Management" (Prentice Hall, 1997) set the standards for managing systems in large enterprises. His recent book, "Practicing Profitability" is an end–to–end guide on improving billing performance and overall profitability of healthcare practice. Yuval earned his PhD in Mathematics from Washington University in St. Louis. He has been awarded five patents in artificial intelligence and computer security.
Patricia Mosher, PTCo–founder and Head of Operations, has over 30 years of experience as a Physical Therapist that includes providing services in a variety of therapy settings (hospital acute care, out patient, long term adult rehabilitation, home care, preschool). As the Clinical Director of Rehabilitation for a large hospital system for 20 years, she directed all rehabilitation activities, administration, quality control activities and marketing programs in a multiple hospital and multiple clinic healthcare system. She developed and implemented a work hardening program, brain injury unit and senior fitness center. She has been a member of and participated in corporate compliance committees and developed department compliance functions to support accreditation from regulatory agencies and payments from third party payers including Medicare, Medicaid, BC/BS, HMO’s and private agencies.
Elizabeth C. Finch, PTHead of Client Services, Graduated SUNY Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse New York in 1994 with over 14 years experience as a Physical Therapist and 10 years as a private business co–owner of G&E Therapies. Clinical experience includes working in a variety of settings from a large hospital system to teaching at the College level. Her varied clinical experience also includes working in the nursing home system managing MDS scores and RUG categories. This unique knowledge of the Medicare payment systems as well as managing a million dollar company accounts receivable/payable department provides an exclusive understanding of medical payment systems and structures. Her leadership through successful Medicaid, IPRO, Department of Health and Worker’s Compensation audits provide the financial management to a thriving practice.
